The Pope expresses gratitude for global support and emphasizes the importance of love in recent messages shared on social media.
Pope Francis has recently conveyed two messages via social media platform X, drawing from scriptural texts prepared for a Jubilee Mass for deacons and an Angelus that he did not preside over, but whose text was shared publicly.
In one message, he expressed his gratitude, stating, 'In these days I have received many messages of affection, and I have been particularly touched by the letters and drawings from children.
Thank you for this closeness and for the prayers of comfort I have received from around the world!'
The second message, which emphasizes the transformative power of love, states, 'I urge you to continue joyfully with your apostolate and – as today’s Gospel suggests – to be a sign of love that embraces all, that transforms evil into good, and generates a fraternal world.
Do not be afraid to risk love!'
Additionally, this evening at 20:00 local time, Cardinal Matteo Zuppi, Archbishop of Bologna and President of the Italian Episcopal Conference, will preside over the Holy Rosary for the health of
Pope Francis at the Church of San Domenico in Bologna.
The prayer service will be broadcast live on Tv2000 (channel 28) and on Play2000, the streaming platform for Tv2000 and inBlu2000.
The initiative invites communities to come together in prayer for the Pope's health.
