Riforma Fiscale Italiana 2024: Preparare il Terreno per il Cambiamento

Cassino ospita una conferenza fondamentale sulla riforma del diritto tributario e le sue implicazioni.
Domani a Cassino si terrà una discussione critica sulla Riforma Fiscale 2024 dell'Italia, promuovendo un dialogo sul Regolamento Preventivo Biennale delle Tasse, il nuovo e informato Dibattito Fiscale, l'Autotutela Obbligatoria e i prossimi cambiamenti nel processo di Contenzioso Tributario.

Organizzato dall'Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Cassino in collaborazione con la Fondazione Nazionale dei Commercialisti, l'evento si terrà dalle 14:00 alle 19:00 presso lo storico Palagio Badiale in Piazza Corte.

Sotto la guida di Mauro Cernesi, Presidente dell'Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili di Cassino, la conferenza vedrà la partecipazione di una serie di relatori illustri.

In particolare, Lucio Aschettino, Presidente del Tribunale di Cassino, ed Enzo Salera, Sindaco di Cassino e Revisore Legale, offriranno le loro intuizioni, accanto a rappresentanti nazionali come Cristina Marrone del Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili.

La sessione promette un'esplorazione completa dal Regolamento Preventivo alle nuove dinamiche del Contenzioso Tributario, con tappe lungo il percorso per discussioni su Dibattito Fiscale e Autotutela Obbligatoria.

Cernesi e Giuseppe Tedesco, moderatore dell'evento e Vicepresidente della Fondazione Nazionale di Ricerca dei Commercialisti, sottolineano l'ambizione della conferenza di elevare lo statuto dell'Ordine di Cassino a livello nazionale.

Tedesco nota che "riunendo esperti che hanno contribuito direttamente alle discussioni sulla riforma fiscale presso il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, miriamo ad aumentare visibilità e prestigio."

Tra i relatori previsti ci sono Adolfo Coletta, Presidente della Corte di Giustizia Tributaria di Frosinone, e Salvatore Regalbuto, Tesoriere del Consiglio Nazionale con focalizzazione sulla Tassazione.

Rosa D'Angiolella, Consigliere Nazionale sul Contenzioso Tributario, insieme a Pasquale Saggese e Fabio Aiello della Fondazione Nazionale per la Ricerca e la Formazione dei Commercialisti, completeranno il dibattito, fornendo prospettive diverse su queste riforme fondamentali.
